The city of the Arts and Sciences is an avantgarde construction, a magnificent new architecture with designs by Santiago Calatrava. Is is a space for leisure activities where culture and scientific activities take the leading role, somewhere to learn and have fun at the same time, that bases its activities on three major themes: Art, Science and Nature, three pillars of human knowledge at the service of all. 

 Umbracle, was conceived as a panoramic promenade with a central tree-lined garden from which the whole complex can be looked over.

 Hemisfèric,  the only facility in Spain to project three audiovisual shows on a huge concave 900 m2 screen: Planetarium, Imax Dome cinema and Laserium.

 Prince Philip Museum,  a Science and Technology museum in which avantgarde architecture and interactive contents proper to the 21^st century make Valencia an outstanding international landmark.

   Palace of the Arts, this emblematic building is one of the most important artistic and cultural centres in the world: architecture, ingineering and avant-garde technology for a space in which all styles will be represented, from classics to the latest trends. 

  Oceanogràfic is a genuine 80.000m2 underwater city for visitors to be immersed and travel around the different ocean habitats found on our planets. It will include a recreation area housing a floating underwater restaurant, a cybernetic fountain for light, sound and water  shows and Europe's largest aquarium for attractions with killer whales and dolphins. It will also feature a contact space where the visitor can get to know the inhabitants of the sea through touch.

  FALLERO MUSEUM

This museum located today in the former Fathers Pauls convent, contains the collection of ninots (caricature figurines) which since 1934 have been publically voted each year to be saved from the flames in the FALLAS on Saint Joseph's day. There are also photographs and posters of the Fallas festival

Located at 11 kms. south of the city, and set between rice paddies and the sea, closed off by the geological embrace of the mouths of the Turia and Júcar rivers, the Albufera Natural Park is a paradise for migratory birds and a recreational area for the city and its surroundings municipalities.

   Stop at the Lookout point of the lake located next to the first lock on the El Saler road.

 Racó de L'Olla:

·        Informative Area (panels and audiovisuals about the Albufera)

·        Interpretation Area (an itinerary in order to know directly the typical ecosystems of this area: its fauna and flora)

·        Boat rides and possibility to have lunch in the island of el Palmar (this is a nice village closely connected with the fishing trade)

The different itineraries can be modified and adapted to the needs of the customers.
